If you're not fully satisfied with your order, I accept exchanges and full refunds (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days after receiving your order.  Your order must be in the same condition as you received it and not used/worn in order to receive a full refund.  Refunds will be issued within 24 hours once it has been received.  No return labels are offered at this time and you must pay return shipping fees.

Breakage, leather and/or hardware failure is covered within 30 days of receipt under my 'normal wear & tear' warranty policy.
